Your Role: HVAC Technician

As an HVAC Technician, you’ll work in a residential setting, providing expert maintenance, service, repairs, and installations. You’ll be the face of IT Landes Home Service Team to our clients—ensuring that their comfort systems work efficiently, reliably, and safely.

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, boilers, etc.)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
• Provide expert advice and recommend system upgrades
• Conduct performance inspections and routine maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and work completed
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and care
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and mechanically sound company service vehicle

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems
• 5+ years of HVAC experience or equivalent technical education
• Must provide your own hand tools

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands
• Regular exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, outdoor elements, and loud noise
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
